Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you search: the search details (origin, destination, dates, number of travellers) and your IP address, to run the site and protect it from abuse.
• When you book: travellers' names, dates of birth, gender, passport details (when the airline requires them), and a contact email and phone number.
• Card details are entered directly on our payment company's page (Grow). We never see or store the full card number.

How we use it

To book the ticket with the airline, take payment, send you updates about your booking and give you service. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Duffel (UK) and the airline — to make the booking; Grow — to take payment; Vercel and Neon — hosting for the site and database (some outside Israel).

Storage and security

Traveller details (names, dates of birth, passports) are stored encrypted only until the ticket is issued or the booking fails, and are then deleted. Contact details and a booking summary are kept for service, accounting and legal requirements.

Connections to the site are encrypted, and access to the admin system is restricted.

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses cookies to remember your language and currency, and for admin sign-in. Routes and flights you save are kept in your own browser only. The site uses no tracking or advertising tools.
